For ghughni ---- At first, Boil the soaked chana ( overnight ) in pressure cooker
When chana is cooked then keep aside
In a cooker heat the oil and add cumin seed
When cumin seed splutter then add all whole garam masala and bay leaf , and dry red chilly and saute
Now add onion paste and stir well for 5 min
Then add ginger garlic paste and again stir well
Now this time add all powered masala and mix
Add 1 tablespoon water and saite
When oil leave the masala then add water as you want gravy and close the cooker
After 10 min switch off the gas
Ghughni is ready to eat garnished with coriander leaves .
For chura fry ---
Heat the oil in deep pan
When oil is too hot then add POHA and saute till all POHA splutter well
Garnishing chura fry with chopped onion and green chilly
SERVING: 4
