Ingredients: All purpose flour 1 cup; Cornflour 3tbsp; Salt 1 tsp; Ajinomoto 1 tsp; Black Pepper 1 tsp; Ginger grated 1 tsp; Garlic grated 1 tsp; Light Soya sauce 1/2 tsp; Vinegar 2 tbsp; Baking Powder 1 Tsp; Milk 1/2 cup; Paneer cubes 1/2 kg; Onions sliced 2; Capsicum sliced 1; Tomato sauce 3 tbsp; Soya sauce 1 tsp; Vinegar 2 tbsp; Water 1 cup; Cornflour paste 2 tbsp; Salt 1 tsp; Kashmiri mirch 2; Sugar 1 tsp; Black Pepper 1 tsp; Degi mirch 1 tsp; Oil 1 tsp

All purpose flour 1 cup
Cornflour 3tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ajinomoto 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Ginger grated 1 tsp
Garlic grated 1 tsp
Light Soya sauce 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Baking Powder 1 Tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Paneer cubes 1/2 kg
Onions sliced 2
Capsicum sliced 1
Tomato sauce 3 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Cornflour paste 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Kashmiri mirch 2
Sugar 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Degi mirch 1 tsp
Oil 1 tsp

Instructions

For marination of paneer
In a bowl , add maida, corn flour , soya sauce, ginger, garlic , salt , pepper, ajinomoto
Add vinegar, baking powder and cold milk
Make a paste so that there are no lumps
Add paneer and mix well.
Leave it under fan for half hour
After half hour deep fry the paneer and keep aside
Now in a separate pan , add oil 1 tsp, lighlt fry the kashmiri mirch make sure it does not burn.
Then add onions and saute for a min
Remove from fire and add degi mirch and keep back on fire
Then add , soya sauce, vinegar , ketchup and water mix it well
Give it a good boil
Saute the capsicum in separate pan with pinch of salt and keep aside
At the time of serving
Heat the sauce and add capsicum, and fried paneer
Let it cook for a min and then add cornflour mix with water in it . Keep stirring while adding cornflour
Taste and balance the salt
Garnish with coriander leaves and white til.
Serve hot with plain rice
