Easy to make in home traditional way in magaj laddu my all time favourite sweet and we can also make magaj k modak from same mixture

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 cup besan
  2. 2 cup ghee
  3. 2 1/2 cup sugar bura(it is also available in market it is make cook of sugar,
  4. 1 tsp crushed black peeper

Instructions

  1. Firstly take a heavy bottom pan/kadahai keep it on gas on low flame
  2. Add besan and stir it for 4-5 minutes dry then add ghee and continuesly stir it on low flame for 20-25 minutes till turn it in to a golden color
  3. When it will be turn in golden color that means it is done now turn off the flame
  4. And keep it aside foe 2-3 minutes and add crushed black peeper and bura and mix it nicely add 4-5 tbsp more ghee for making it laddu consistency
  5. Then grease ur palm with a little bit of ghee and make laddu from this mixture
  6. And grease modak mold and make modak from the same mixture
  7. Now it's ready u can keep it for 6-7 days
