Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken keema 150g
  2. 1 onion(midium size)
  3. 2-3green chillies
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  6. Coriander leaves handfuls (chopped)
  7. Bread crumbs
  8. 2-3eggs
  9. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all this ingredients togethers except bread crumbs and eggs.
  2. Make a shape of cutlet and coat with bread crumbs and eggs.
  3. Now deep fry it for 5-10mints.keep it aside.
  4. Now rest of the eggs spread it on the same oil .
  5. Put the cutlet inside it and cover it from each side very carefully.once it's done served it with kasundi.
