Its a veg kabab which tastes yumm. Very easy to make.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Half kg Barbati
  2. Half cup chana dal
  3. 1 stick dar chini
  4. 2 cardamom
  5. 2 cloves
  6. 1 bay leaf
  7. Salt
  8. 1 tsp chopped garlic n ginger
  9. 1 onion chopped finely
  10. 1/2 cup chopped coriander
  11. 2 tbsp dry methi
  12. 5 chilies chopped
  13. 1 lemon juice
  14. 2 tbsp besan
  15. Sarso oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook snake beans, chana dal, ginger garlic, cardamom, cloves, salt, bay leaf, dar chino for ten minutes on high flame. Then let the air come out itself. Dry the ingredients of water is there.
  2. Let it cool down a bit and grind it coarsely
  3. Take out in a prep bowl
  4. Add chopped onions, chilies and coriander
  5. Add dried methi
  6. Add lemon juice
  7. Add besan
  8. Mix the ingredients properly and let it rest for few minutes.
  9. Wet Ur hands and make tikkis
  10. Heat oil in pan.. shallow fry both sides until crisp
  11. Ready to eat.....
