Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Boiled Mutton 800 gm
  2. Boiled rice 10 cup
  3. Oil 5 tbsp
  4. Whole garam masala 2 tbsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp
  6. tomatoes 2
  7. Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  9. Biryani masala 3 tbsp
  10. Brown onion 2 cup
  11. Curd 2 cup
  12. Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok add whole garam masala, ginger garlic paste and cook for 5 mins.
  2. Add tomatoes and cook for 2 mins.
  3. Add all the spices listed in ingredient list. And cook for 3 to 5 mins.
  4. Then add brown onion, curd and cook for 5 mins.
  5. Add boiled mutton in masala. And cook for 10 to 15 mins.
  6. Layer 1 cup of boiled rice in a pot then pour all the mutton masala of biryani the layer with remaining boiled rice. Slow cook for 10 mins then farnish with coriander mint leaves and fried potatoes.
