Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 2 cup
  2. Butter 3- 4 spoon
  3. Water as needed
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Bay leaf 1 piece
  6. Cinnamon 2 inch
  7. Green Cardamom 4 piece
  8. Jeera 3 - 4 spoon
  9. Cloves 4 piece

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice. Soak in water for 15 minutes. Then drain water.
  2. Heat butter in a bottom pan, add bay leaf, Cloves, cinnamon,green cardamoms .
  3. Then cumin seeds are added and roast it well.
  4. Now transfer drain rice to the pan and roast for 2 - 3 minutes. This helps to bring out the aroma of the rice.
  5. Pour water and salt .stir well .
  6. Cover with lid.
  7. Cook until the water is absorbed. When the rice is soggy , cover and cook until done.
  8. Now it serve with any curry.
