ABOUT Veg Puff RECIPE

Veg puff is one of my innovative receipe. Here i have made rose shaped puff. I have learn this recipe in my nearest cooking institute in form of desert. But today I represent this recipe in form of starter or sanks. This recipe is time Saving and easy to make. My younger brother like this receipe so much.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. A) for daugh
  2. 2 cup all purpose flour
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 1 cup unsalted butter
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. Water as require
  7. 1 tbsp sugar
  8. 1 tbsp instant yeast
  9. 1/2 cup boiled water
  10. B) for stuffing
  11. 1/2 cup finely chopped boiled potatoes
  12. 1/2 cup boiled broccoli
  13. 1/2 cup boiled French beans and zucchini
  14. 1/2 cup boiled carrot and pease
  15. 2 tbsp Butter
  16. Pich of asafoetida
  17. 1/2 tbsp ginger and chilli paste
  18. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  19. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  20. 1 tbsp cummin and coriander powder
  21. 1/2 tsp mixed herbs
  22. 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
  23. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  24. 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  25. Salt to taste
  26. handful coriander leaves
  27. Butter for Greece
  28. Fresh parsely leaves
  29. Sesame seeds for sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Take a cup.
  2. Add hot water.
  3. Also add Suger and dry yeast.
  4. Mix it well.
  5. Wait until yeast activates.
  6. Now take a bowl.
  7. Add all purpose flour.
  8. Also add unsalted butter and mix it well.
  9. Add activated yeast and combine well.
  10. Add milk.
  11. Now add water as require and kneed a soft dough.
  12. Rest it for 15-20 minutes.
  13. Now take a pan.
  14. Add butter.
  15. Add pinch of asafoetida.
  16. Also add ginger and chilli paste.
  17. Saute well.
  18. Now add broccoli, French beans, potatoes, zucchini, carrot, pease and combine well.
  19. Also add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder, mixed herbs, chilli flakes and garam masala.
  20. Combine it well.
  21. Cook it for 2 minutes.
  22. Now add lemon juice and coriander leaves.
  23. Cook it for 1-2 minutes.
  24. After that turn off the flame.
  25. Now check the dough it doubles in size.
  26. Kneed it for 5 minutes.
  27. Now take a small medium sized ball.
  28. Add make round rotli from it.
  29. It Should be not too thick not to thin.
  30. Now place the stuffing into it.
  31. Make rose shaped puff.
  32. Repeat this same process to make other puff.
  33. Now pre heat oven at 180°.
  34. Place all the puff on the baking plate.
  35. Greece the butter.
  36. Sprinkle fresh parsley leaves and sesame seeds.
  37. Bake it for 10-15 minutes.
  38. Serve hot with schezwan sauce.
