Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 Cup Whole wheat flour
  2. 1cup milk powder
  3. 1 cup softened unsalted butter
  4. 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  5. 1 Tbsp Green tea leaves
  6. about 1 cup whole milk
  7. 1 tsp Baking powder
  8. 1 tsp baking soda
  9. 1-2 drop vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. First in a big bowl , take all dry ingredients like whole wheat flour ,milk powder , baking powder and baking soda . Mix all ingredients well. Keep it aside
  2. In a grinder take green tea leaves and make fine powder . Now in a small bowl take 2 tsp milk and add green tea leaves powder . Mix well and keep it aside .
  3. Now in a separate bowl take softened butter and powdered sugar and beat it Until it becomes fluffy.
  4. Now in this butter ,add all dry ingredients . Mix well . Add milk and make semi thick batter . now add vanilla essence . Mix well.
  5. Cake batter is ready .Now take 1 tbsp batter from this and add this into green tea mix and make saparate green tea batter .
  6. Take a cake tin grease it well with butter .Now first pour simple cake batter into this .Then pour green tea batter on it by making dots . then with the help of stick make swirls on the top of the cake .
  7. Preheat the oven on baking mode .Now put this cake tin into the oven and bake it for about 30-35 minutes At 200 °C .
  8. Butter swirl green tea cake is ready.
