Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma 1 cup
  2. Gram flour 2 spoon
  3. Breadcrumbs 2 spoon
  4. Corn flour 1 spoon
  5. Chopped onion 1
  6. Salt as per ur taste
  7. Green chilli 4
  8. Ginger crushed 2 spoon
  9. Garlic clove 6 crushed
  10. Mint leaf
  11. Coriander leaf
  12. Turmeric 1/2 spoon
  13. Garam masala 1 spoon
  14. Chat masala 1 spoon
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Soak kidney beans overnight in water and pressure cook them with a little salt in water for 3-4 whistles.
  2. Keep aside for 10-15 minutes and let it cool down to room temperature.
  3. In a grinder put boiled rajma,garlic clove,ginger,Turmeric,chopped onion ,mint leaf, coriander and leaf green chilli and grind it.
  4. Put the mixture in a bowl Add salt ,gram flour, corn flour, breadcrumbs, grated ginger, chat masala and garam masala.
  5. Make round/oval shaped tikkis and roll them in sooji.
  6. Shallow fry them on non-stick pan .
  7. Serve hot with coriander chutney.
