ABOUT Healthy fusion Milkshake RECIPE

This shake is so rich and full of nutrients, a complete meal in itself. Really very healthy for kids as well.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. One banana
  2. 5-6 dates deseeded
  3. 2-3 Walnuts
  4. 400ml milk

Instructions

  1. Deseed and Soak dates in little amount of milk 15 to 20 minutes prior to making this shake.
  2. peel and cut banana.
  3. Take a Blender add milk to it along with dates, Banana and walnuts.. blend everything.
  4. Garnish and enjoy
  5. If making for kids then present as little bunny like main picture and they will just love it.
