Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 boiled and mashed potatoes
  2. half cup of semolina (sooji/Rawa)
  3. 3/4 cup water
  4. 2 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander
  5. one finally chop green chilli
  6. 1 teaspoon dried red chilli flakes
  7. salt as per taste
  8. chat masala as per taste
  9. oil to fry

Instructions

  1. Take a pan, add water to it along with 2-3 drops of oil and let it boil.
  2. Add semolina to boiling water and mix it well to form dough like consistency. it will take 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Make sure no lumps are formed. Now switch off the flame and let this cool for sometime.
  4. Take Boiled mashed potatoes in another bowl and semolina mixture to it along with fresh coriander, green chillies and all other spices. Mix well to form dough.
  5. you can skip green chilli and red chilli flakes if making it for kids.
  6. Grease your hands, take small amount of this mixture and roll it to form finger like shapes.
  7. Don't make the fingers very long as this dough is very soft, so if you wil make it long it will break while fry. So keep these medium sized.
  8. Deep fry very softly till golden brown..
  9. You can Sprinkle chat masala over it.
  10. Enjoy with any type of your choice
