Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. pav bread
  2. potato medium sized 4 chopped
  3. carrot 1 bowlbchopped
  4. cabbage 1 bowl
  5. cauliflower 5-6 florets
  6. capsicum 2 chopped
  7. green peas 1/2 bowl
  8. beans 1/2 bowl chopped
  9. pav bhaji masala 2 tbsp
  10. salt
  11. red chilli powder
  12. butter 100 gms
  13. tomato 2 chopped
  14. onion 2 chopped
  15. ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. boil all the vegetables in a pressure cooker
  2. mash them coarsely
  3. now in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute the onion
  4. now add ginger garlic paste and saute
  5. now add chopped tomatoes
  6. when oil separates add red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala and mix well
  7. now add the mashed vegetables and mix well
  8. add salt and water if required
  9. cook for 2-3 mins..add butter 1 tbsp
  10. add coriander leaves
  11. for the pav in a tawa cook the pav in butter and serve with bhaji
