Aquarium pudding is made of tender coconuts . It is so beautiful , a devine treat for eyes. Very easy to make and devine in taste .In my aquarium u can see ..delicious sea life ..jelly fish ,star fish ,turtle ..

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Tender coconut water 4 cups
  2. Tender coconut pulp 1 cup
  3. Tender coconut slices 1/2 cup to make shapes
  4. 1 cup mixed fruit slices to carve fish shapes
  5. Milk 2 cups
  6. Condensed milk 400 grams
  7. China grass 20 grams
  8. Vanilla essence 1 table spoon
  9. Green food colour 1 drop
  10. Pink food colour 1 drop
  11. sugar 4 table spoon
  12. Crushed nuts 2 table spoon
  13. Edible sweet silver pearl

Instructions

  1. For layer one
  2. Soak 10 Gram china grass in 1/2cup water.
  3. Grind 1 cup coconut water and pulp in a mixer .
  4. Boil milk and condensed milk together in a thick bottom pan.
  5. Add coconut mixture to milk.
  6. Cook for a minute .And switch off the flame.
  7. Add vanilla essence and crushed nut into soaked china grass
  8. Add this to the hot milk .
  9. Pour it in a glass serving tray .
  10. Cool it in the refrigerator to get it set .
  11. For second layer
  12. Soak 10 gram china grass in 1/2cup of tender coconut water.
  13. Mix 2.5 cup tender coconut water and sugar and boil it .
  14. Take out 1/2cup mixture from it and add green colour .Mix well.
  15. Add 2 drops of pink colour to the reserved mixture .Mix well
  16. Assembling
  17. Take out serving dish from the refrigerator. It is set till now.
  18. Pour pink coloured mixture over the first layer in the dish .
  19. Carve tender coconut slices and fruit slices as different types of fishes .
  20. Place all carved fishes over pink layer .
  21. Pour green colour mixture on lower side.
  22. Sprinkle some sweet pearls over it .
  23. Refrigerate until set .
  24. Your aquarium pudding is ready to serve.
