mutton Dum Biryani is all time favourite of everyone. Here i have given very simple easy step by step.procedures alo g with pictures for your clear understanding.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. basmati rice 3 cup
  2. 6 onion thinlyvsliced
  3. 4 tomatoes thinly sliced
  4. 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  5. half cup mint leaves and half cup coriander leaves
  6. 7 green chillies slit
  7. cinnamon , clove, elachi and bay leaf
  8. 2 tbsp ghee
  9. half teaspoon turmeric powder
  10. 4 teaspoon red chilli powder
  11. 2 teaspoon curd
  12. half lemon juice
  13. 100 ml oil
  14. mutton half kg

Instructions

  1. first keep ready all the ingredients
  2. in a pressure cooker ad oil and ghee and heated
  3. now add cinnamon ,clove, elachi and bay leaves into the hot oil as a seasoning
  4. then add thinly sliced onion and green chilli on try till onion colour turns
  5. now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
  6. then add thinly sliced to tomatoes and cook till tomatoes Mastiff
  7. then add mint leaves and coriander leaves at short for a minute
  8. now it's time to add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and curd saute well until oil wooses out
  9. once oil started wooses out and this stage add mutton pieces into it and mix well
  10. cook mutton for 5 minutes and then add half cup of water ,close the cooker lid and keep 10 whistles or until.mutton cooked well.
  11. now take a vessel ,add enough water into it for the rise to cook ,in that add cinnamon clove, elachi bay leaf and salt
  12. now add 30 minutes soaked basmati rice into the boiling water
  13. Gupta rice 75 percentage and then strain it
  14. now take a vessel to keep Dum, transfer the mutton gravy into it
  15. now add the cooked rice on the top of mutton gravy
  16. now close the vessel with the lid and on the top of that keep a vessel with full of water for dum process. Keep it in very low flame for 15 mins.
  17. after 15 minutes remove the lid and mix the rice and gravy without breaking the rice
  18. yummy mutton Dum Biryani is ready sservealong with boiled egg and onion raita
