first keep ready all the ingredients
in a pressure cooker ad oil and ghee and heated
now add cinnamon ,clove, elachi and bay leaves into the hot oil as a seasoning
then add thinly sliced onion and green chilli on try till onion colour turns
now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes
then add thinly sliced to tomatoes and cook till tomatoes Mastiff
then add mint leaves and coriander leaves at short for a minute
now it's time to add red chilli powder turmeric powder salt and curd saute well until oil wooses out
once oil started wooses out and this stage add mutton pieces into it and mix well
cook mutton for 5 minutes and then add half cup of water ,close the cooker lid and keep 10 whistles or until.mutton cooked well.
now take a vessel ,add enough water into it for the rise to cook ,in that add cinnamon clove, elachi bay leaf and salt
now add 30 minutes soaked basmati rice into the boiling water
Gupta rice 75 percentage and then strain it
now take a vessel to keep Dum, transfer the mutton gravy into it
now add the cooked rice on the top of mutton gravy
now close the vessel with the lid and on the top of that keep a vessel with full of water for dum process. Keep it in very low flame for 15 mins.
after 15 minutes remove the lid and mix the rice and gravy without breaking the rice
