ABOUT Chicken Sausage with Toast RECIPE

A filling chicken breakfast.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. 2 finely chopped medium sized onion
  3. ginger - one inch, 5 garlic, green chillies 4
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  6. Handful Coriander diced
  7. 2 slices of bread
  8. oil - as needed
  9. butter - as needed

Instructions

  1. Toast or grill 2 slices of bread and put butter on them.
  2. Mix all the mince with the onion, chillies and garlic-ginger paste.
  3. Add the coriander.
  4. Add salt and pepper as per taste.
  5. Make flattened balls.
  6. And shallow fry on both sides till a lovely golden brown colour is attained on both sides.
  7. Plate it and serve with the toast.
  8. Garnish with coriander.
