Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Papaya 500g
  2. Grated coconut 1cup
  3. Sugar 1 cup
  4. Clarified butter 2 spoon
  5. Milk 2 cup
  6. 1 pinch Food colour (optional)
  7. Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Peel & wash papaya
  2. Grate finely papaya
  3. Heat clarified butter on the pan
  4. Add grated papaya & fry till moisture absorbs
  5. Then add grated coconut sugar & Milk
  6. Cook till the mixture became sticky
  7. Add food colour & cardamom powder mix well
  8. Now cool the mixture to room temperature
  9. Grease palm with clarified butter
  10. Take some mixture to your palm make ladoos by rolling it
