An eggless cake wid flavour of coconut and richness of milk maid .

First of all take all dry ingredients together except cinnamon powder n sieve them twice

3 - now add 100ml of milk maid to it n whisk it properly to mix them well. Plz note milkmaid should also be at room temperature
4- now it's time to add lukewarm water ,65 ml .add it and mix it well to get a homogeneous mixture ,no need of beating it longer.

5 - with the last step ,our liquid mix is ready. Now it's the time we will start adding powder ingredients to it .
6 in liquid batter ,first we will add coconut powder -50gms and cinnamon powder n whisk it well
7- now add up sieved refined floor, baking powder n baking soda slowly by whisking it well in cut n fold method
8 make a smooth homogeneous batter .
9 - now add lemon juice to your batter ,which will make Ur cake more spongy
10 - take a baking dish n Greece it with oil n dust some flour over it
11 pour the batter in baking dish , and tap it well ,
12, - garnish it with finely chopped almonds ,cashews,and pistachios .
13 now bake it in a preheated oven/ microwave (convection mode) at 180°c for 30-35mins .
14 Ur delicious cake is ready ,just check it with a thin knife untill it comes nonsticky .
