Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 chicken drumsticks
  2. 1 tbs ginger garlic paste
  3. 1 tbs red chili sauce
  4. 1 tbs Tandoori Masala powder
  5. 2 tbs yogurt
  6. 1 tbs lemon juice
  7. 1 egg
  8. 2 tbs corn flour
  9. Salt to taste
  10. For Gravy =
  11. 1 Tbs chopped Garlic
  12. 1tbs chopped ginger
  13. 1 medium onion cut square pieces
  14. 1 small yellow bell pepper
  15. 1 red bell pepper( choice your colour) cut square pieces
  16. Small bunch of green onions
  17. 3 green chili, cut small pieces
  18. Oil for cooking and frying
  19. 2 tbs tomato catch up
  20. 1 tbs soya sauce
  21. 1tsp vinegar
  22. 1tsp red chili flakes
  23. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  24. 2 tbs corn flour
  25. 1 tbs sugar
  26. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and wash chicken properly. Dry with kitchen towel or towel paper.
  2. Make a cut completely around the lower part of the leg just below the knuckle cutting through the skin and tendons.
  3. Push the meat down to the large end and pull the remaining skin and cartilage off the knuckle.
  4. There’s a tiny bone right against the leg that needs to be removed. It can be sharp, so be careful not to ram it into your hand while pushing down on the meat. Remove this bone.
  5. In a big bowl add all ingredients for marination section, mix well and apply all masala on chicken. Keep aside for 2 to 3 hours.
  6. Heat oil and fry marinade chicken on medium heat until chicken fry properly.
  7. Heat 2 tbs oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and ginger,fry till light brown. Add onions and bell peppers,green Chili. Stir fry on high heat.
  8. After 2 minutes add rest masala from marinade mixture.
  9. Add all gravy ingredients, and 2 glass of water. Mix well.
  10. When gravy starts boiling then add fry chicken. Adjust taste,and gravy thickness.
  11. After add green onions. Cook more few seconds and turn of the flame.
  12. Garnish with green onions and serve.
