Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250Ml Fresh Curd(Dahi)
  2. 3/4 Cup Roasted Foxnuts (Phool Makana)
  3. 1/2 Cup Deseeded Fresh Raw Red Dates
  4. 1tsp Roasted Cummin (Jeera) powder
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. Finely chopped fresh Coriander leaves ( Kothmari)

Instructions

  1. Whisk Curd.Wash, Deseeded Fresh Raw Red Dates and cut into small pieces.
  2. Roast Fox Nuts Phool Makana in Non stick Kadhai or in Microwave for 3-4mins on quick mode...till Crispy.
  3. In Mixing bowl add WHISKED Curd Roasted Foxnuts, Small pieces of Raw Red Dates, Roasted Cummin powder and salt.Mix well. Garnish with chopped fresh Coriander leaves.
  4. SERVE & RELISH THIS HEALTHY PROTEIN RICH FOXNUTS -- RED RAW DATES RIATA AS SIDE DISH..
