ABOUT Yogurt and Raw Dates Delight RECIPE

Dates and yogurt contain various vitamins, minerals and other nutritions, and today I am gonna make dessert from both ingredients. *This is super healthy and fat free dessert and also good for diabetes & heart patients*. Dates are a high-fiber food, which can help you feel full longer, and yogurt is a good source of calcium, protein and probiotics. In this recipe i used raw dates but you can use any type of dates.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup fresh plain yogurt (low fat or fat free)
  2. 1 tbsp pure honey
  3. 10 raw dates
  4. 10 soaked and peeled almonds

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients together except half quantity of soaked almonds, until you get smooth mixture.
  2. Now garnish with soaked almond and few drops of honey.
  3. Eat immediately as soft-serve, or freeze 20 minutes for a chilled and firmer texture.
