Its is very easy to make and yummy dish made from coconut and fresh date

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 kg fresh date
  2. 1 cup solid milk (khoya)
  3. 2 table spoon suger
  4. 4 table spoon ghee
  5. 1 cup milk
  6. Grated dry coconut 250 grams
  7. 1.5 cup solid milk (khoya)
  8. Milk 1.5 cup
  9. Water 1/2 cup
  10. Suger 6 table spoon
  11. Ghee 3 table spoon
  12. Grated dry fruits as per needed
  13. Cardom powader 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take 1 kg fresh date
  2. Remove barriers and chopped it
  3. Now partially crush it
  4. Take ghee in pan and heat it
  5. Now add fresh date and saute it till moisture burn
  6. Now add solid milk (khoya), milk and sugar. Please note that you can proportion of suger as per date taste. Because dates are enough sweet so less suger required.
  7. Now again cook date till moisture burn.
  8. Now grease 1 dish or baking tray with ghee. Spreed layer of freah date.
  9. Take a pan and make suger syrup with milk, water and suger.
  10. After add grated coconut and mix well
  11. Now add ghee in it and cook it for 5 minutes
  12. Now add solid milk (khoya) in it
  13. Cook it till become thik and add 1/2 spoon cardom powader
  14. Now make layer of coconut mixture on date layer and sprinkle dry fruits
  15. Layer look like this
  16. Refrigerate it for 1 or 2 hours. Cut in shape which you like

Looks yummy!!! Can i skip the khoya?? Is it must??
