Line 5" two round tins with Butter paper and Grease Sides with Butter and Flour.
Line 3" round tin with Butter paper and Grease sides with Butter and flour.
Skin out coconut with the help of knife.
Add coconut water into Jar with coconut.Make fine paste.
Coconut paste is ready keep it aside.
Sieve together Flour and Baking powder . Keep it aside.
Beat the butter for 3-5 minutes in medium sizes mixing bowl.
Add Sugar powder.
Beat for until light and fluffy.
Add the eggs one by one and vanilla extract. Beat each time until well incorporated .Scrap Bowl as needed.
Add one third of the flour mixture and Beat at Slow speed until combined.
Add half of the milk and mix now Repeat with the second one third of the flour .
Add last one third of flour mixture ,beat well.
Add COCONUT paste.
Mix until well combined.
Pour Batter into Baking tins and smooth the top.
Bake in pre-heated oven at 160c for 40 minutes.
The cake is done when the top springs back when touch.
Place 3" sponge on board and form a shape .
Apply whip cream on 3" sponge and place 5" sponge and form a shape.
Take out center part of last 5" sponge and place it.
Crumb coat and Chill for 10mins.
Now for Butter cream : Take a deep bowl add powder sugar.
Add Butter.
Add Cocoa powder.
Mix well with fork.
Line Butter paper and fill melted chocolate in Piping bag.
Draw long lines on Butter paper and keep it aside to set the Chocolate for 5minutes.
Once Chocolate is set.Peel the Butter paper.
Keep it aside.
Apply Butter cream on sides.
Apply final whip cream on top.
Now Start sticking Chocolate.
Coconut cake is Ready.
