ABOUT Easy Garlic Chicken RECIPE

Its a simple recipe of chinese garlic chicken though i preffer not to fry the chicken and put it in the gravy. Iys as yummy as the fried ones. Try it once. U will love it.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Chicken with bones 600grms cut into small piecea
  2. Garlic paste two tsp
  3. Salt as required
  4. Ajinamoto 2 tsp
  5. Soya sauce 3 tbsp
  6. Onion 2 big size cut and seperated
  7. Garlic 1 whole pod sliced thinly
  8. Dry red chillies cut into small size
  9. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  10. Oil for frying veggies 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken with half tsp ajinamoto, salt, 1 tsp soya sauce, garlic paste.
  2. Take a pan and add marinated chicken in it till it leaves it's water and cooks in it. Already 10 mins.
  3. Take out in a bowl after its tender along with its gravy.
  4. Now in the same pan in a medium heat.... Add 1 tbsp oil then add sliced garlic, chillies n onions. Saute for 2 mins.
  5. Add the cooked chicken to it now. Bring it to simmer. Mix properly for two minutes.
  6. Now take a bowl and add 2 tbsp cornflour and mix it with a glass of water.
  7. If u want more gravy add 2 glasses of water. If u want thick then 1 glass will do.
  8. Now add this cornflour mixture into the chicken. And cook for another 2 to 3 minutes
  9. Let it thicken. Then transfer into a serving bowl. Have it with steamed rice or chowmein or fried rice. Serve hot.
