ABOUT Carrot Paneer Rolls RECIPE

This paneer stuffed rolls is one of those dishes which is high in taste and health. This easy to make recipe takes very little time to be prepared once the ingredients are ready. The besan cheela is great pick for indian breakfast and one of the best comfort foods. Paneer is one of the rich sauce of proteins for most vegetarians. Here in this recipe of CARROT PANEER ROLLS, i have given a twist to the common recipe of paneer and besan cheela. Hope you like it

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Ingredients for cheela batter
  2. Whole wheat flour 1 cup
  3. Besan 1/2 cup
  4. Rawa/suji 1/4 cup
  5. Grated carrot 1/2 cup
  6. Grated bottle gourd/ghiya/lauki 1/2 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric powder 1-2 pinch
  9. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  10. Finely chopped green chilli 1
  11. Ingredients for stuffing:-
  12. Grated paneer 1 1/2 cup
  13. Small capsicum finely chopped 1
  14. Finely chopped green chilli 1
  15. Finely chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Mixed herbs 1 tsp
  18. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  19. Other ingredients:-
  20. Pizza sauce 1 tbsp
  21. Oil as needed for making cheela

Instructions

  1. Mix all the mentioned ingredients of making cheela batter very well.
  2. By adding water, make a smooth batter like we make for pakode. And keep it aside.
  3. Mix all the mentioned ingredients of stuffing very well and keep it aside.
  4. Heat tawa on medium high flame, spread few drops of oil. Now add cheela batter and spread properly on heated tawa and make cheela. Cook from both the sides till golden brown.
  5. For assembling, take cheela in a plate and spread pizza sauce over it.
  6. Now spread paneer stuffing over it.
  7. After spreading the stuffing very well,start rolling the cheela, just like shown in the pic.
  8. Cut it into two or three pieces and serve with any sauce of your choice.
