Awesome combo is mango pista kulfi and rose flalooda. Falooda making process is seems very tidious job .but here I made rose flavourd falooda with in easy way without any comprimise in taste .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cups Mango Puree
  2. 1 cup milkmaid
  3. 1/2cup Sugar
  4. 1cup chopped pistachio
  5. 1 slice bread
  6. FOR FALOODA
  7. 1 cup cornflour
  8. 4 cup chilled water
  9. 1 cup ice cubes
  10. 2tsp Sugar
  11. 1tsp oil for murruko machine
  12. 1/4cup rose syrup
  13. 1 tsp choppep pistacho
  14. 1 tsp chopped almonds
  15. 2 tsp tuiti fruiti

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl add water and Ice cubes together..Keep aside.
  2. Take a big bowl add cornflour, sugar and 2cup water. Mix well
  3. Take a nonstick pan & add cornflour mixture in it and heat it on low flame
  4. Stir continuesly to avoid sticking.
  5. When mixture leaves the surface of pan take it out and keep aside for cooling .Be sure mixture should be warm.
  6. Put mixture in murruku maker with little holes plate .
  7. Now make falooda in chilled water bowl .
  8. Keep in fridge for 1 hour.
  9. Strain it ..fallooda is ready to serve .
  10. Keep in fridge for later use.
  11. For mango kulfi
  12. Cut the sides of bread
  13. Add all ingredients of kulfi together ..Blend it with hand blender
  14. Put in kulfi moulds and keep in freezer for 4 to 6 hours.
  15. Assembling
  16. Demoulds kulfi
  17. Place kulfi in a serving plate .
  18. Add chilled falooda in the plate .
  19. Pour some rose syrup on falooda.
  20. Sprinkle some chopped pista & almond and tuiti fruity over kulfi .
  21. Serve immediatly.
