Healthy version of Rajasthani bati
Mix Malai , adequate lukewarm water and salt with wheat flour in a bowl and knead stiff dough
Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes
Heat oil in a pan and splutter Cumin seeds
Add onion and garlic. Saute until golden brown
Mix peas,tofu and all spices. Cook for 1 minute. Switch off
Allow mixture to cool. Divide dough into equal portions and shape into lemon sized balls
Roll the balls into small discs. Add the stuffing at the center and seal completely
Brush all the battis with ghee and place on prepared baking tray
Bake bati for 15 minutes in preheated oven at 200 deg
Serve hot with chole or sauce.
