Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 litre
  2. Kesar strands 5
  3. Yellow color a pinch
  4. Pista for stuffing
  5. Sugar 1 cup
  6. Water 1 cup
  7. Mango puree 1 cup
  8. Milk 1 cup
  9. Elaichi Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  10. Condensed milk 2 tablespoon
  11. Sooji 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. For rasgulla Take a pan add sugar ,water,kesar,yellow color and keep boiling it till sugar gets dissolve. No need to maake 1 thread chashni. Boil it for 5-10 minutes. Chashni is ready. Keep aside.
  2. Take another pan add 1 litre milk and boil it .now add 1 tbsp lemon juice and boil for 5 minutes. You will notice that the water and chennna gets separate. Cool it down and strain well.
  3. Now wash under the running water nicely.Squeeze the extra water.
  4. Now take a bowl add suji and keep mashing it with the palm to make a smooth dough. Stuff kesar and pista and roll it. Seal it from every corner.
  5. Put it in a chashniand cover it for 10-15 minutes. Rasgullas are ready.
  6. Now for rabdi .Take a pan add milk and condensed milk keep it on simmer for 10 minutes or till thickens.
  7. Cool it down and add mango puree in it. Keep stiring.
  8. Now take a rasgulla cover the top with rabdi. And garnish it with pista.
