Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken 250 grams
  2. Ginger -garlic paste 2 teaspoon
  3. Rice flour 1/2 cup
  4. Cornflour 2 teaspoon
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Hung curd 1/2 cup
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  8. Kashmiri mirchi powder 2 teaspoon
  9. Coriander powder 1 teaspoon
  10. Lemon juice 1 teaspoon
  11. Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon
  12. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Wash the chicken with water.
  2. In a mixing bowl put all ingredients accept oil and marinate well.
  3. Keep aside for 1 hours
  4. Heat oil in a wok and drop them fry till golden red colour on midium flame.
  5. Take out from the oil and serve with onion slices and lemon slice.
