I really want to try this.
Take milk powder in a bowl and add milk.
Stir it with whisk and keep aside.
Puree the mango pulp in a blender.
Place a non stick pan over the medium flame.
Ad khoya and roast till 10 minutes.
Ad sugar and combine well.
Now ad milk powder mix milk ,combine all together.
Cook on low flame with continued stirring till its gets fudge consistency .
Take out 3/4 part of on other plate.
Mix mango pulp on remaining part, cook on high flame for 5 minute.
Now grease Thali with ghee, spread white part evenly.
Layer mango part over it and spread evenly.
Press dry fruits some mango cubes over it.
Let it cool and cut into desired shape.
SERVING: 4
