Simple recipe,crispy and chewey with tutti frutti.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 Cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cup vanilla custard powder
  4. 1/4 cup tutti frutti
  5. 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp butter
  6. 1 tesp baking powder
  7. 1 tesp vanilla essence
  8. 3 to 4 tbsp milk
  9. 1/4 cup + 2 tbsp castor sugar

Instructions

  1. In a bowl beat butter and sugar till creamy.
  2. Fold in the all purpose flour,wheat flour ,custard powder and baking powder.
  3. Add essence and tutti frutti.
  4. Sprinkle milk and knead to a soft dough.
  5. Cover with a cling wrap and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  6. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove dough roll between parchment paper,shape with a cookie cutter.
  8. Place on lined sheet and bake at 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes.
  9. Remove cool completely on a wire rack
  10. Yummy Karachi biscuits are ready.
