1/2 cup maida
1 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp yellow food color
3 tsp sugar
Pinch salt
Mango pieces
Milk
Ice cream

Instructions

Take a bowl add maida sugar salt soda baking powder melted butter mayonnaise vinegar and milk beat well without any lumps it should be pouring consistency
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat; lightly brush with butter. Add spoonful of batter; swirl the skillet to coat the bottom with a thin layer of the batter.
Cook for 2 minutes flip cook until done do for remaining batter
