We all love to have mangoes in many ways. This recipe is easy and suitable for tiffin also.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Mango 1 no.
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Chaat masala 1/4 teaspoon
  6. Cumin powder a pinch
  7. Oil for paranthas

Instructions

  1. Peel the mango and cut it into slices.grind it into fine puree without adding any water.
  2. Take a bowl. Now add flour,salt,red chilly powder,cumin powder,chaat masala and mango puree.
  3. Start kneading the dough.add mango puree little by little.if the dough is dry ,add one spoon milk.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into lemon sizes balls. Dust the dry flour and roll out a little. Apply some oil in the middle.
  6. Now fold its sides. And cover the center completely. Now.roll out like normal parantha.
  7. Heat the tawa and roast the parantha by applying some cooking oil on both sides.
  8. Serve this yummy parantha with spicy pickle and curd.
