ABOUT Mocha mousse RECIPE

Its a heavenly combination served in a unique way, everything in it is edible.

Ingredients Serving: 2

Tropolite dairy free cream 1/4 cup
Coffee powder 1/2 tsp
Chocolate compound 100 gms
Chocos powdered1/4 cup
Mint sprigs 2
Disposable cups

Instructions

First melt chocolate compound in a microwave for 30 secs and mix. Repeat if needed for 30 secs.
Take cream and whip till soft peaks.
Mix 2 tbsp of melted chocolate and coffee powder in the cream by cut and fold method.
Refrigerate until used.
Take a disposable cup in the shape of a clay pot.
Give 3 small cuts on the rim
Fill the cup with melted chocolate and keep it in the refrigerator for only 1 min
Remove the extra chocolate from the cup by overturning it.
Refrigerate for next 5 mins until it is set
Now fill the cup carefully with cream,coffee mixture previously made.
Cover the top with powdered chocos as soil in the pot
Garnish with a sprig of mint
Refrigerate for 10 mins
Remove the cup from the cuts made.and serve..
