Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 and half ltr full fat milk , sugar 7-8 tsp , 1/2 tsp elaichi powder, chopped or crushed badam , mango pulp 8-10 tbsp
  2. 5-6 strands of kesar mixed in warm milk

Instructions

  1. Boil the milk on low flame and reduce the milk to half the quantity, it to half on
  2. once reduced add sugar elaichi powder and badam to it and switch off the flame. Add the kesar to it now.
  3. Once cooled add mango pulp n serve in room temperature or cooled as pee choice
