Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. raw mango 2 or if mango is very tangy then u can take 1
  2. Salt 1/2 tsp
  3. Black salt 1/2 tsp
  4. water 5 glasses
  5. Roasted cumin seeds powder 1 tsp
  6. Black Pepper Crushed 1 tsp
  7. sugar(optional) 1 cup
  8. Mint leaves 8-10

Instructions

  1. roast mangoes directly on the gas burner
  2. remove the skin and squeeze the pulp
  3. crush the mint leaves and the pulp together
  4. add salt,black pepper,black salt,sugar or jaggery and water and mix everything well
  5. garnish with mint leaves n serve chilled
