ABOUT Birds nest RECIPE

an easy and tasty snack which looks like a bird's nest..very tasty and interesting snack

Ingredients Serving: 4

boiled potatoes 4
red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
salt as per taste
chaat masala 1/2 tsp
chopped coriander 2 tablespoon
grated ginger 1/2 tsp
onion 1 chopped
all purpose flour 1 tablespoon
vermicelli 1/2 cup
oil for frying
paneer 100 gms
cornstarch 1/2 tsp
green chilli chopped 1/2 tsp

Instructions

mix together potatoes,half paneer grated,ginger,salt,red chilli powder,chat masala,chopped onion ,chopped coriander and chopped green chilli together and make a dough
now take a portion of the mixture and give it a shape like a bowl
make a mixture using all purpose flour and a little water
dip this into the all purpose flour mix and then coat it in vermicelli
deep fry till golden brown
for the paneer balls take the remaining grated paneer
mix salt,cornflour 1/2 tsp and make small balls
fry them for just 30 seconds..don't make it brown in colour
take a serving plate,arrange some coriander leaves and place two paneer balls in each nest
serve hot with sauce or chutney
