Prawn Rice with scrambled eggs

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Nasi goreng masala
  2. 1 cup cooked rice
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1tbsp vinegar
  5. 1tsp tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. In a pan heat scramble two eggs
  2. Now add the cooked rice along with two tbsp of Nasi Goreng masala mix
  3. Mix the vinegar and ketchup in a bowl and add to the rice mix
  4. Stir well for 5 mins, then cover and let it cook on sim..
  5. Serve hot sprinkled with chives or eat as is!
