Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Bread slices - 2
  2. Mayonnaise - 1 tbsp
  3. Paneer [grated] - 2 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cheese slices - 1

Instructions

  1. Take two slices of brown bread
  2. Apply mayonnaise on both, add grated paneer on top.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper powder. Put a cheese slice and cover with the other bread. Serve it the way it is or grill it and serve hot.
