Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Boiled eggs 3
  2. 1 tbsp chilli powder
  3. 1/4 tesp turmeric
  4. Salt as per taste
  5. 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  6. 2 tesp water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix chilli powder,salt,turmeric and water
  2. Place a pan with oil on low heat,add this mixture and stir till thick and brown.
  3. Add eggs and saute gently till the eggs are coated with the masala.
  4. Remove serve as a side dish .
