We also make rotia chutney in which we make chutney of curd and have with moti roti.but this tikhari is very spicy and yummy...i love it hope you all will like it.this is a curd vegetable which can be enjoyed with bajra ,mauth and bhakhri.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup hung curd
  2. 1 tablespoon ghantiya
  3. 10 garlic cloves
  4. 1 chopped onion
  5. one chopped tomato
  6. 1 green chilli
  7. 1 tablespoon chop Ginger
  8. 10 curry leaves
  9. coriander leaves
  10. salt as per taste
  11. 2 tbsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  12. half teaspoon haldi
  13. 1 teaspoon sugar
  14. 1 tbsp butter
  15. 1 tablespoon oil
  16. onion slices for Garnish
  17. Cherry tomato and coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. heat water and oil in a pan
  2. add hing and mustard seeds
  3. add haldi and cook a little
  4. add garlic and Saute
  5. now add chopped onion
  6. cook them till translucent
  7. now add Kashmiri chilli powder
  8. and green chilli or Ginger
  9. add chopped tomato
  10. let them cook
  11. till then make powder of ganthiya
  12. and mix it in hung curd
  13. when tomato cooks and 2 tbsp water
  14. our tadka is ready
  15. now turn off gas
  16. add curd mix in Tadka
  17. and stare finally
  18. then again on gas
  19. and cooker little till oil leaves
  20. Dahi tikharix is ready
  21. garnish with coriander leaves onion slice and tomato
  22. Serve with Khichdi Bakri or roti
