ABOUT Chocolate Doughnuts RECIPE

This is one of the most scrumptious desserts loved by the children as well as adults. The sweetness and the taste of rich melted chocolate is really sinful!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour - 100 grams
  2. Salted Butter - 50 grams
  3. Castor sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Salt - 1 pinch
  5. Active yeast - 1 spoon
  6. Warm milk - 1/2 cup
  7. Oil - for frying
  8. FOR GARNISH:
  9. 1/2 bar of chocolate
  10. Colored Sprinklers

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl combine all purpose flour, salted butter, castor sugar, salt, active yeast and warm milk.
  2. Knead a soft dough and rest it at least for 1 hour in the fridge.
  3. In the mean time start melting the chocolate compound in microwave bowl or you can use double boiling method.
  4. Now take out the dough, make small balls and then make round shape with the help of a steel glass or cookie cutter.
  5. Then, make a small round hole in the centre with the help of a bottle cap.
  6. Take a wok, add oil and start frying the doughnuts keep it on a slow flame to avoid burning.
  7. Fry them until they turn golden brown in colour.
  8. Take the doughnuts out and keep them on an absorbent paper.
  9. Start doing tempering by taking a doughnut and coating castor sugar on it then dip it in melted chocolate.
  10. Now sprinkle colored sprinklers and silver beats on it.

Hi when i added all it the ingredients the dough is too flowy ...it's not looking like a dough looking like soup..:neutral_face::neutral_face::neutral_face:
