Wash and wipe the bell peppers
Apply little oil on them
Now hold one bell pepper with a fork
Roast it on direct gas by rotating it at regular intervals
Until it becomes charred from all the sides
When done remove from fire and place it in a plate to cool down
In this way roast the other two bell peppers also
When the bell peppers cools down then take out the peel
Remove the seeds also
And chop them into small pieces
Now in a mixing bowl take out the curd and blend it with little salt
Now add 1/2 cup of chopped tricolour bell peppers to the curd
Add crushed masala peanuts and mint leaves to the curd also
Mix well with a spoon
Take it out in a serving bowl
Garnish with peanuts , bell peppers and mint leaves
Chill it in a refrigerator for an hour
Serve chilled with masala pooris , stuffed paranthas , pulao , biryani etc
