Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups sour curd
  2. 1, 1/2 cup peeled black gram
  3. 2 onion
  4. 1 tomato
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. 1 spoon Ginger garlic paste
  7. Termeric powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Red chilli powder 1/2 spoon
  9. Oil 1 big spoon
  10. Water as required
  11. For tadka-1 tablespoon oil
  12. 1 spoon mustered seeds
  13. 1/2 spoon cumin seeds
  14. 1/2 spoon fenugreek seeds
  15. 4 dry red chillies
  16. 1/2 spoon hing
  17. 8-10 curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Dip the peeled black gram in water for 5-5:30 hours
  2. After that make a fine paste with it, mix salt, cumin seeds and keep aside
  3. In a pan heat the oil
  4. Add chopped onion fry it and add ginger garlic paste and soute it
  5. Add tomato, and salt simmer for 5 minuts.
  6. Beat the courd make a fine puri and pour into the pan
  7. Mix it well add termeric and red chilli powder, stir consistently
  8. When it boiled, sim the flame
  9. Make small sized, flat shape with the gram paste
  10. Put it into the boiled curd gravy
  11. Cover the pan with lid boil for atleast 15 minuts in full flame
  12. When cooked off the gas
  13. Redy for tadka-in a frying pan heat the oil
  14. Add musterd seeds, fenugreek seeds, cumin seeds, when splutter add curry leaves and dry red chillies add hing and pour it into the kadhi cover the pan for nice aroma.
  15. Serve hot with rice
  16. Dubke is very very tasty dish made with curd.
