Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hung curd- 1/2 cup
  2. Greated paneer 1/2 cup
  3. capsicum finally chopped-1 tbsp
  4. onion finally chopped-2 tbsp
  5. carrot finally chopped-1 tbsp
  6. Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp
  7. green chillies finally chopped-2
  8. Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
  9. origano-1/2 tsp
  10. corriender leaves finally chopped-2 tbsp
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil for fry
  13. Bread slice-6

Instructions

  1. firstly in a bowl take hung curd.
  2. add grated panner, onion, capsicum, carrot, salt, garam masala powder, green chillies, red chili powder, oregano, and coriander leaves
  3. combine well and keep aside.
  4. Take bread slice. cut off the edges.roll the bread slice as thin as possible by rolling pin.
  5. place a tbsp of prepared dahi stuffing in the middle of bread.
  6. roll and press the. edges to seal them tightly. twist both sides of bread tightly.
  7. cover with aluminum foil and keep it in freezer for 2 minutes.
  8. after 2 minutes heat oil in kadhai, remove foil from roll and deep fry the twist roll in medium flame. fry them till they turned golden brown.drain and place on an absorbent paper.
  9. serve hot with tomato sauce.
