ABOUT Crispy Spicy Cornflakes Biscuits RECIPE

Try these with a cup of hot tea, these are crunchy and very delicious to eat

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Crushed cornflakes 1/2 cup
  2. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  3. Baking powder 1/2 tesp
  4. Salt 1/2 tesp
  5. Chilli powder 2 tesp
  6. Castor sugar 1 tesp
  7. Unsalted butter 1/4 cup
  8. Milk to knead

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough with the above ingredients
  2. Refrigerate the dough covered with a plastic wrap for 20 minutes
  3. Preheat oven 180℃ for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove and roll the dough between parchment paper and shape with a cookie cutter,make holes on the shaped biscuits with a tooth pick.
  5. Place on lined baking sheet and bake 170℃ for 15 to 18 minutes
  6. Remove let cool completely
  7. Have it with a cup of hot tea.
