It is a delicious curd dish with south Indian tadka

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Blanched spinach (250g)
  2. ½ cup boiled corns
  3. 1 cup boiled rice
  4. 1½ cup curd
  5. 1 tsp. mustard seeds
  6. ½ tsp. cumin seeds
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 2 green chillies
  10. 2 red chillies
  11. Few Curry leaves
  12. Garlic(4-5) grated
  13. Onion 1 diced cut
  14. Tomato 1 grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the blanched spinach and boil for 5 minutes
  2. Let it cool after some time grind the spinach along with the green chilies
  3. Now heat up the oil in the pan saute garlic, onion and tomato in it
  4. In this mixture add the paste of spinach, red chilli powder,and salt in it
  5. Now add boiled corns and saute it well
  6. Add boiled rice in this mixture and mix it well
  7. After cooling add the curd in the mixture and in a separate pan heat up the oil put mustard seeds and red chillies in it garnish with curry leaves and corns.
