Take curd in a large bowl.put curd and blend .mix ginger garlic paste,coriander powder and salt .mix well and marinate mutton into curd .
Keep in fridge for 55_60 minutes.
Heat ghee in a pan .add whole garam masala and bay leaves.
Add slicedonion and fry till golden pink.add marinated mutton,stei well and cover the pan .
Cook on medium flame till water drys.
Add almond paste and 2cup water.cover and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.add whole almond and further cook for 15 minutes or till mutton is soft.add more water if needed.
When mutton is tender add white pepper powder,cardemom powder and cinnamon powder.stir well ,cook on low flame till oil leaves the edges of pan.
Pour kewra water .leave for 2minutes on low flme the put off flame.serve with naan/ parathe.
