Garlic and coriander with vegetables.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 20 Garlic flakes
  2. 3 tbsp Thin chopped coriander
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. One teaspoon anardana
  5. 1 tomato
  6. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  7. 1 tbsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 big potato cut in 1 inch round slices
  11. 15 pcs gavar just cut the cap and the end
  12. 8 bhindis cut long with slit
  13. Can add brinjal or cauliflower but its optional

Instructions

  1. First in a chopper chop garlic, coriander, chillies, anardana and tomato.
  2. Take oil in a cooker put this chopped masala in the oil and add all the dry masalas and cook till the oil seperates then put the veggies and mix and stir for 5 minutes.
  3. Then put half cup water and cover the cooker and keep it for 5 to 7 minutes till the veggies are done, serve hot with phulkas.
