Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. All purpose flour 250 gram
  2. Ghee 4 tablespoons
  3. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  4. Mango puree 1 cup or 250 grams
  5. Hung curd 250 gram
  6. Sugar powdered 2 tablespoons
  7. Pistachios 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Knead the flour adding ghee and salt
  2. Keep for rest for 5 minutes
  3. Now roll by rolling pin and shift in tart shells
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 15 minutes
  5. Meanwhile mix mango puree ,sugar and curd
  6. Add chopped pistachios
  7. Mix well and keep in refrigerator to cool
  8. When to serve fill this aamrakhand in tarts
  9. Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve
